Bob is a certified trainer and consultant for Dynamas, a Birkman division that addresses the unique needs of churches and non-profit organizations. He is active in the Texas Methodist Conference, using The Birkman Method to coach new pastors. He also works extensively with couples and young adults.
Prior to his association with Birkman, Bob had a successful career in the fast-paced technology industry, providing management, sales, recruiting and training with companies that included Xerox, Oracle, Sybase, Sprint, BEA and TIBCO.
